Our solution combined adapting and completing the existing website with the integration of a modern, easy-to-use booking system. Clients can now book appointments directly through the website, which simplifies the whole process enormously for Anatol Hanau and for his clients. The booking system was configured to support calendar connections and automatic reminders, which avoids double bookings and streamlines the workflow.

Another highlight is the personalised client area. This section was built specifically for clients, to give them access to tailored audio meditations. The content can be managed flexibly, so Anatol can upload new meditations at any time and make personalised material available to his clients. WordPress allowed us to implement these features efficiently, with plugins and individual customisation.

Anatol Hanau wanted to offer his clients a seamless digital experience that supports his coaching services as well as possible. WordPress was the perfect choice for this project, because it allows rapid delivery while remaining flexible enough to meet specific requirements such as the booking system and the personalised client area. For coaches and small businesses like AHA Life Coaching, WordPress is an ideal platform both for presenting professional content and for providing client-facing features.

Integrating the booking system was especially important, in order to reduce administrative effort and give clients a convenient way to arrange appointments. Beyond that, the personal area was meant to underline what is distinctive about Anatol's coaching approach, by offering his clients exclusive material chosen for them

The technical delivery of the website was built entirely on WordPress, extended with carefully chosen plugins and individual customisation. For the booking system we used a WordPress plugin that synchronises with calendar systems such as Google Calendar and Outlook, to make scheduling easier. The system was configured so that clients can book their appointments directly and receive reminders automatically.

The personal client area was realised with a combination of WordPress user roles and a membership plugin. Clients log in to their protected area, where they have access to their personalised audio meditations. The content is provided through a straightforward upload function that makes management easy for Anatol.

For the design of the site we used a bespoke WordPress theme, styled to be modern, clear and welcoming. We paid attention to intuitive navigation and an appealing presentation of Anatol's coaching offering. To improve the performance of the site we implemented caching and optimised image processing.

Our work has given AHA Life Coaching a website that is not only professional and easy to use, but also reflects the core values of Anatol's coaching. The integration of the booking system and the personalised client area makes for a high-quality client experience and helps Anatol keep his focus entirely on working with his clients.
